It's a sad truth that most men prefer blonds and many brunettes dye their hair blonde to cater to this love and bias in men, yet this self same evil world we live in comes out with a hundred and one dumb blonde jokes. Do you know essentially what we are saying as we share these dumb blonde jokes and laugh in the presence of a blonde who can hear it? I am a guy who has all the time loved brunettes, possibly because my mother is one and I am a mummy's boy. I just love black hair. So if you meet an ugly guy that has heaps of friends you have met one guy that has met this hypocritical and shallow educated world we live in head on and triumphed.

Let me say here, that I rarely meet population that I could even call ugly, such am I linked to hearts and not outer appearance in people.

These ugly guys that conquered the world have magnetism because there is nothing that attracts like skin and outer attractiveness that this sick world considers to be worth more then gold, their attractiveness is an inner attractiveness that cannot be bought, traded or copied. An ugly guy like this has a lot of real life questions he can write back for you and if you are lacking in love for yourself in areas of your life, most often he will have the key. I know one guy that was pretty ugly who set the whole world on fire but I have never seen a photograph that represents Him like the Bible explains His looks to have been. I am going to quote a scripture out of the Bible here, but don't worry, it won't hurt you.

1 Who has believed our report?

And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?

2 For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant,

And as a root out of dry ground.

He has no form or comeliness;

And when we see Him,

There is no attractiveness that we should desire Him.

Another version says Jesus did not say He looked worthy of being a king.

This is the only mention in the Bible of what Jesus looked like yet every particular photograph I have ever seen of Jesus is a handsome picture. Jesus was what we think very plain or ugly. He had No attractiveness We have been sold a lie by Satan and we were commanded by God in the Ten commandments not to make a graven images and worship them. When they have beers together after the cafeteria is accomplished after he has asked her about all her dreams and desires in life and given her his input and his time, she may ask him what he wants to do in his life. He is a simple man. He plainly wants to write music to convert people's hearts, and he has just put down the songs on his first album that he has made and is due to start selling in the city once a week as he busks to the communal for spare change.

Communicating Effectively - Verbal Communication

A well communicated message is one which the other someone can accurately repeat back in his own words. Verbal transportation can be made more productive by:

o Talking about definite rather than general situations.
o Using concrete language, e.g., "merchandise" rather than "stuff".

For example:

" and go on to paraphrase that we understand, using our own words. Check out the facts and ideas, the main point of what the speaker said. It is only after we are sure that we understood the message as intended, can we then evaluate, judge, take action, or furnish an retort or comment.

Communicating on the Job - Who We describe To
Before the message is formulated and communicated, we become aware of who we will be sending it to. How and what we describe can change depending upon who is the intended audience.

Upward Communication
If we will be communicating to our immediate supervisor, our message might be prepared, formulated, and presented in a definite manner. The cognitive response is a cognitive estimation of the entity to form an attitude. Most attitudes in individuals are a effect of observational studying from their environment.

What is that one attribute that counts the most in human existence? Hope, love, wealth, charity or is there something bigger? Yes, its attitude! It's not difficult to realize the impact of attitude in our day to day life. Sometimes, attitude is more important than facts. In fact, it is more important than any other thing like money, education, situations etc. The most important thing is we have a selection about the attitude we will wear for a singular day. It has been said that, life is all about 10 percent what happens to us and 90 percent how we react to those happenings.

The world of work has changed. It used to be that most of us worked as a part of a process, either on an assembly line, managing interactions with Customers, or any one of a thousand other processes. Processes are ongoing, repeatable and never have an ending.

While there will always be some jobs and tasks which are process focused, most work now is a scheme or has a scheme component to it. Any task that has a certain starting and ending, or follows a specific life cycle is a project. Examples include: planning a enterprise meeting, writing a new brochure, implementing the new software system, etc.

If the nature of our work has changed, it is foremost to think about some of the skills that will help us succeed in this different world. Here are nine ways you can lead more effectively to make the projects you work on more successful, regardless of your specific role.

1. Understand the end goal. Since a scheme has a defined ending, it is foremost that each contributor to the exertion knows the desired end result. Stephen Covey teaches to "begin with the end in mind." This is clearly foremost to scheme team members. What Is Psychological Stress?

Stress is a complicated term to define. It's simplest definition might be that it is an event or situation that forces a man to adapt to the event. Stress is the event itself and the reaction to that event within the man experiencing it. Thus stress is completely subjective. What may be stressful to one man might be pleasant or fun to another. Flying, for example, can cause some citizen to form anxieties and panic attacks while others love to fly and look transmit to the flight. What is more, everyone's body responds in the same way to a stressful event, or any event for that matter, but the citizen that suffer from stress related illness and problems find it hard to turn their body's response off.
